I'm giving the guitarist, Alastair Greene, four stars. Greene is an obviously competent guitarist who I imagine could be red hot on stage. If I had known about his live album, I'd have bought that instead. This is a little too reserved. The songs are mostly standard White Boy Blues/Power Trio Boogie stuff, not that there's anything wrong with that. But I get the sense that his guitar playing is restrained, perhaps rehearsed too much, and risk averse (which could well be the producer's problem). I don't always play computer games, but when I do it is Subway Surfers. Free to download and play on your Windows PC and Mac. See their Subway Surfers Reddit page for more details.

Alastair's mastery of traditional blues tunings, slide, string bending, and grooves are as much a part of his foundation as hard driving, rocking energy. ” - Dick Shurman
